Overall: 4

Food Quality: 4

Food Presentation: 4

Service: 3.5

Cleanliness: 4.5

Kid Friendly: Mildly, they lost major points for lack of a changing station in the restroom. It's an ice cream place, I'd expect more. Plus, it's really challenging to navigate during the busy times with a stroller. It gets way too crowded in the front of the restaurant.

Review
: As self confessed Sheridan's junkies, we knew we had to try Unforked. We tried it on an extremely busy Saturday night around peak time. The service was slow, but not horribly so. The ordering system seemed to be taking forever to get the info into the system, but the managers were attempting to correct this by sending people out into the line to use their hand held ordering system in an attempt to hurry things along. We tried the disco fish taco, Cali fish taco, and the KC Q tacos. We also tried the chips and salsa, the Fundido fries.

The food was all fantastic. Both fish tacos were enjoyable and high quality. the KC Q tacos are very popular and it's easy to see why. They are great, especially considering that this is a BBQ town, but they manage to live up to the hype. The chips and salsas (green and red) both have great flavor and a moderate amount of heat, making for a great combination. The fundido fries are no doubt horrible for you, but tasty. All in all the main courses and sides were excellent.

But, of course, who goes to a Sheridan's restaurant without dessert? No one sane, in my opinion. We tried the Humdinger, which we were told will be renamed soon to "the Kiss My Bundt Cake." I was highly disappointed that the bundt cake in question was stale. The raspberries and custard were delicious, but the cake was obviously not very new. We also tried the Hunk of Love, which is a huge chocolate chip cookie with custard, caramel, and hot fudge. That was definitely not a disappointment. It was fantastic, with a warm, perfectly baked cookie and the perfect amount of toppings. The only thing I would caution against is that it is definitely not a dessert for one person. Overall, I would say that Unforked is a welcome addition to the area and I look forward to dining there often.
